Cindy Deugo began her athletic journey as a young adult. She was a canoe and flatwater kayak paddler who found triathlon in its early days. She attended The University of Ottawa, Queen’s University, and McArthur College, earning degrees in Exercise Physiology, Psychology, and Education.
