A Q&A with the Publish Your Purpose Team

1. How did you come to work with PYP?

I believe that books have the power to shape ideas, change perspectives, and inspire action. Working with authors to bring their books into the world feels like an opportunity to be part of something deeply meaningful.

2. What do you enjoy the most about your work?

I want to be part of a process that helps creatives share their voice with the world making sure their message is received with the clarity and impact it deserves.

3. What are your favorite books or genre?

I gravitate toward self-help and personal/professional development books. I’m drawn to titles that offer thoughtful, actionable insights—whether they’re about mindset, creativity, leadership, or emotional intelligence.

4. How do you spend your free time?

I spend my free time painting and practicing the delicate art of calligraphy—both are creative outlets that help me slow down and stay grounded. I also love exploring local cafés and restaurants, always on the lookout for new flavors, cozy spaces, and inspiration in unexpected places.

5. If you could have dinner with anyone, past or present, who would it be?

I’d choose Warren Buffett. His wisdom extends far beyond investing—his perspective on decision-making, humility, long-term thinking, and living with integrity resonates deeply with me. I admire how he simplifies complex ideas and stays grounded despite his success. A conversation with him over dinner would be an incredible opportunity to learn about life.

6. What is one thing very few people know about you?

I’ve moved more than 20 times throughout my life. It’s definitely shaped who I am—taught me how to adapt quickly, stay curious, and find a sense of home wherever I go. Each move brought new people, places, and perspectives, and I think that variety has deeply influenced how I approach both life and work.

7. How would you define your purpose?

I find great fulfillment in helping others achieve their dreams and in contributing to the creation of something that has the potential to resonate with and inspire readers far and wide.
